the life end of the contactor, that is, the insulation strength between the leading out load terminals of the insulation meter is lower than 50 megohm when the DC voltage is 500V
(1) do not touch the load terminal when the relay is powered on to avoid the risk of electric shock
(2) the load voltage should be cut off when the control circuit and non-metallic materials are subjected to withstand voltage test
(3) avoid installing the product in the place with strong magnetic field (transformer or magnet), or close to the object with thermal radiation
(4) do not touch the main lead-out terminal with foreign matters and oil stains, and the external lead-in wire terminal and the main lead-out terminal are in reliable contact, otherwise the terminal will be heated severely and the connecting cable will be melted
(5) in the action voltage test, do not make the voltage rise slowly, please drive the coil by step power supply
(6) the bolt locking torque of each installation part shall be controlled within the specified range.The locking torque of the nut at the load installation position is 7N.M;In principle, please do not use it when the stud torque of relay installation part is 8-9N.M
